We at Home -Tech Developers will strike a balance to get the new homeowner
the best that he can afford. Since all aspects of the construction process
are discussed with the customer, the construction process is a "custom"
one. Choices are made depending on the customers budget. We have constructed
both standard inexpensive homes, moderate semi-custom priced homes as
well as totally custom designed ones.
The later phases of the Lake Region Estates Subdivision is an example
of a standard home subdivision in which most homes were customized to
the specifications of the customer. All details from choice of colors,
kitchen cabinets, tiles and type of flooring were decided by the customer.
Changes were made at all phases of construction, including basic architectural
changes, such as adding windows and doors, bump outs, dormers and moving
walls. This concept is not common to the industry. Usually you choice
is to buy a stock, moderate house or you custom build a house. We put
a lot of effort into blending the two and to give the customer a standard,
moderate, custom built house.
